In order to replace Bondi, Gowdy would have to be approved by Congress, and as slow walking as Thune is going, that’s not likely to happen.

All President Trump needed to do was replace Bondi with Bongino. The reason Bongino left was because Bondi had her foot on his throat. Remember, what Bongino said after seeing the photos in Epstein files "shocked me down to my core"
