I watched as they took chicken bones from a deboneing business and grind them to a fine doughy like substance, they then mixed red dye for coloring and just enough ground beef to give it flavor and then extracted the substance into a tube and called it beef hotdogs. I would not feed them to a dog myself!
Those dirty pigeons are probably still better than what's found in your average street hotdog. They're also considered halal (kosher too):
