If (when) 2020 is proven to be a stolen election, then Biden was never really president.

If the Biden regime was false, then everyone under him (appointed by him) would have been falsely put in their positions.

Technically, wouldn't that mean that the Jan. 6th prisoners could then sue them personally?

Not that it would make totally make up for what these people endured -- but if it was an illegitimate government they wouldn't still have immunity from prosecution, would they?
