The ones that repeated the crime by "knowingly" putting SV-40 sequences in Covid 19 can still be extradited to victim countries.

(Tangentially related issue: SV- 40 was "identified" in 1960 only 5 years after being put into Polio Vaccine. Nobody ever mentions SV 1 thru 39 which obviously were discovered prior. Could SV-40 have been another DARPA/Military WEAPONS TEST on AMERICANs + Others ? )
