Well that would mean the Feds who did the shooting are in on it right? I mean they could get some brain washed idiots to drive at ICE but couldn't just hope ICE would shoot them.

Remember, there is another avenue to this. Psyops. From both sides. There are many decoders and diggers out there now that break down all these “news” stories and find out most are fake.
