After Trump has pardoned her, if Tina Peters dies in colorado prison, it's very likely that Trump is going to permanently cancel all federal funding for colorado prisons AT A MINIMUM and at a maximum, punish Colorado by depriving ALL FUNDING of it not related to federal properties and activities there, probably for the rest of his term, unless he can find a way to make it more permanent, such as

• Any federal building used by the state, the state gets kicked out---takes them 2-3 YEARS to recover
• The federal buildings are then sold off to private companies and that money goes back to federal public coffers--Takes them a DECADE to recover
• The federal funds for roads are canceled, even if halfway thru the project, meaning that if it was going to take 6 mo to finish highway construction, now it takes SIX YEARS OR MORE. And now the state has to finish it with money they no longer have access to.
• This punishes ALL of colorado citizens SEVERELY, and that is good in a way. And mean in other ways. This is why you had your chance republicans, to move out of blue areas and blue states. You should have done this YEARS ago
• Any funds that were going to go to build up business in colorado are canceled, HOWEVER Trump should renegotiate them with Big businesses that were involved and convince them they can MOVE to another state for manufacturing and he will give them 2-3x what they were going to get in Colorado. IT's what I'd do. Move them to Idaho, Texas, Wyoming, or Kansas; or to the east coast.
