Water will not freeze in the air in the short time,unless you add high pressure air to the mix. Belive it or not hot water will freeze in cold weather if you throw it in the air,but not cold.....
Agitated molecules change states more easily jump from hormones then back to ice. Use to do this with my kids let them watch as I threw boiling water into North Dakota evil cold. They loved it.
