The fact it's a slow rolling civil war is proof enough for me the Plan works well....otherwise we would all be in trench, instead we hedonisticly enjoy popcorn and point and giggle while we reeee.

So I believe what see right now is better then enduring a National fist fight that leaves a third of the population with broken thumbs.
