I have a cousin who has longtime Muslim neighbors. They are wealthy, "moderate" Muslims. My cousin said they are nice, considers them friends, but she has noticed over the years that when 9/11 or any terrorist event that happened as a result of radical Muslims they never respond with "that's terrible " or "a tragedy". They either don't comment or they are indifferent to the topic at hand.
It just proves that, even though they are not violent, they still approve of the actions of the violent ones because it further advances their ideology.
