This must be the same BC/BS company that 1. Denied us an ER visit coverage when my husband had chest pain and shortness of breath in the 80s, 2. Denied payment for an x-ray that BC/BS required my husband to have before approving a surgery in the 80s, 3. Overturned an approved procedure (2 years after said procedure) and demanded a refund in the 90s. The doctor returned the BC/BS payment and then demanded payment from us! And we paid dearly for this coverage through our employer. SCAM!
