I see elderly suffering every day. Medicaid recipients get rides to appointments, can go into assisted living without any troubles, but my 80-year-old aunt can’t afford either with her 40 year nursing social security check. It’s just sad that the people who paid taxes all their life get screwed. It should be the opposite.
