I need help and there is no one to help you on this site! My acct in dark mode and no settings wheel available

Help who can I contact about my account? It’s all screwed up and I have no where to turn. Screen is in dark mode and I don’t have a settings wheel available. My acct was fine until tonight.

When you tap the 3 lines in the top left corner the side bar on the opens up and then you should be able to see the gear on the bottom left... I'm using an android phone
