I need help and there is no one to help you on this site! My acct in dark mode and no settings wheel available

Help who can I contact about my account? It’s all screwed up and I have no where to turn. Screen is in dark mode and I don’t have a settings wheel available. My acct was fine until tonight.

Dumb question, have you tried restarting your phone? My phone apps seem to glitch a lot and most of the time a restart gets everything working again.
