I am ignorant of Russia's place in the world but this post seems wrong based on things we know
Russia has some authoritarian gov't (for example with putin as being their continued leader or "dictator")
Putin has not been cooperative with Trump to end the Ukraine war
I thought Trump cited Russia as a concern as to why he wanted to take Greenland (before Russia does)
Russia I thought allies with Iran and North Korea who we feud with
So while they could become future allies, aren't they in conflict in the present?
Putin is democratically elected president and Putin has cooperated with the USA from beginning to this day to end the war but Zelensky refuses the peace.
