Did you click the link? This is from way back in June. It stopped absolutely nothing. SCOTUS either does not have the ability, the power, or the desire to enforce their own rulings.
They have no enforcement ability. I think this may be a way to root out corrupt judges, see who openly violates the ruling.
This should be an interesting year.
