Maybe I’m slow or behind the times or maybe it’s nothing but I noticed on Google maps it no longer says Washington DC it says just Washington…

If you click on the Washington, the subtitle of District of Columbia will appear in the info tab.
heh heh, that gets some people every once in a while(been asked here a couple time in as many years), the noticing of that. Zoomed out it just says Washington, zoom in a lil and you get the rest. Hey, least they are observant and not just on auto looking at things with blinders on!
I didn't know the answer that I gave until I went and looked for myself. And you're right, I love that we all keep each other in line here (and mostly without squabbling haha).
