Exactly -- They're agents. Just watch Madagascar. They really spelled it out there.
See also Linux. It's making big moves on MS-13 and their Windows 11 spyware. The mascot's named Tux because spies wear tuxedos in all the 007 movies.
A penguin's domain is the sea and land -- specifically water and ice.
Water is comms for information, as in the flow of information.
Ice is comms for stored/hidden information, information that has been "put on ice."
A penguin wears a "tuxedo," so a "James Bond"-style of agent. A tuxedo is black and white, representing good and evil. He works within both worlds.
What I find most interesting here is that Trump and the "penguin" are making some heavy footprints in Greenland, while the only one making footprints in the DoW image is the "penguin". The military members leave no tracks.
Also the "penguin" entering the feeding grounds is telling...
Someone counted the footprints on TS, so I did the math.
POTUS musta stumbled to get that double step on the right, or it's a message.
