BINGO... you got to before I did... AND the cut-outs are the MOST IMPORTANT BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES THAT BRING THE INFO TO THE FOOT SOLDIERS!!!!... that is why there is high level coms and that info is put out by word of mouth!!!!!
