Looking for a link...It was archived on old financial page, talked about the evil plan for humanity and if they were caught they would be sent to meet their maker

I'm looking for a page that basically listed all the evil things they were going to do to humanity and that they took a blood oath of silence about it. I remember it being archived from some late 90's or early 2000's financial website.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? They mention poisoning our food and skies and children etc.

EDIT: I was searching through old backups and I FOUND I HAVE IT SAVED AS A PDF
