Now, when are the insurance companies going to start suing the governmental parties responsible for allowing illegal aliens to cause untold billions of dollars of damages to insurers in the USA?
Negligence? Gross negligence? Creating a "sanctuary city" with a purpose including the avoidance of enforcing immigration laws does not absolve a government from its responsibility to protect its legal citizens.
Demographics and statistics data can clearly prove that illegal aliens have caused an undue financial burden on insurance companies, and their policy holders for all sorts of claims, particularly auto insurance claims.
