Yes. I personally refused to watch it and is widely confirmed and also NYPD. A retired deputy spoke to them and it was a yes, it happened.

I know about the supposed video, and there may actually be a video, but IIRC there's also a video of fat cartoon Vance dancing in the street to a rap song. IIRC Trump was dancing in sync with him.
Hearsay is not proof, and vague second hand hearsay about hearsay is also not proof. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it couldn't happen and I have no doubt that some of these people are evil enough to do something like that, but my opinions and beliefs are also not proof.
