Don Lemon has been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in Minnesota for violating the FACE act and conspiracy charges. He's likely to take a plea bargain, and he'll roll over on his conspirators. They'll probably end up killing him later. 5-10 yrs prison or live as a rat. He is screwed either way.

In this case I tend to agree. My guess is the DOJ already has everything on everyone involved. The others they arrested I'm sure rolled over and probably rolled over on Lemon and what his roll truly was and it's not a "journalist", it's more like an organizer. He crossed state lines to commit this crime and he used a communications facility to facilitate the crime. So no deals are needed I would like the KKK act added along with the FACE act he's probably going to be charged with. Lemon needs to be made an example of. If a "right wing" group stormed a Signage and did this every person involved would have been in prison or shot for it.
