Four steps to secure a final win:

Make employing an illegal a felony chargeable against the business owner, CEO and senior management team.
Make selling or renting a dwelling to an illegal a felony.
Make providing any governmental social program or benefit (federal, state, local) to an illegal a felony for all involved.
Make tax exemptions for charities immediately void if they provide any support or benefit to an illegal.
