All timed to steal the 2020 election.

Few things could be more helpful to the DS at this point in the war than a New, Scarier "Plague."
With a new "plague", they (would hope to) get:
• Corruption Distraction/Narrative shift.
• Mail-in Voting for the Midterms.
• Stifled investigations against themselves.
• House & Senate control to impeach POTUS.
• Chaos.

PATRIOTS WILL NOT TOLERATE ANOTHER LOCKDOWN!
But remember... "Moves and countermoves."
One silver lining, one way the White Hats could capitalize on another lockdown might be that mass arrests & deportations could proceed largely unimpeaded.
Another might be that DS sleeper cells that are on the move would stand out more.
Also, it would create a de facto HIGH RATIO of Military to Civilians out in public... = A more defendable situation during some types of National Crisis. (Again, think terror sleeper cells)

To be clear, I do not support another lockdown.

I think the next "Plague" will be a result of an inability of the immune systems of ~70% of the world's population to fight off an otherwise-benign pathogen DUE TO the mass Covid-19 jab campaign and thus (effectively) NOT CONTAGIOUS to the unvaccinated.

Edit:
A 2-part bio weapon needs:
1... A PRIMER.
This (jab) "primes" the immune system to have **an acquired (built-in) weakness to the second part of the bio weapon.
2... A TRIGGER.
The compound, bacteria, fungus, etc. that the now-compromised immune system cannot handle.

Example: "Primed" with an injection to be intolerant of peanuts.
Comes into contact with peanuts = allergic/anaphylactic reaction is "triggered".
Just imagine the possibilities...
