Tom forces their hand in this. I'm sure he told the chief that if he doesn't do it they will and it will be done with total force. The police there are quitting in mass and some have even joined ICE. For the local police to even allow this is reprehensible and it will lead to someone getting killed most likely on the left. The chief should be investigated.
