Just look at a maths test from 20 or 30 years ago, when there were no calculators. Then look at the English that was taught and CIVICS too.
Critical thinking has been replaced with emotions and participation medals.
It’s obvious that the parasitic public servants and their masters want a barely functioning tax paying populace, not independent questioning “troublemakers”.
Of course they need to change the rules, to hide their despicable agenda.
