This is all great but WHY do they want everyone focused here instead of cures? Why not fix the problem? My experience was 9.5 years of debilitating back and hip pain cured in 10 DAYS after removing “healthy veggies” nightshades from my diet. Didn’t sleep for nearly 10 years. Spent $$ on cars mattresses, conventional treatments and unconventional ones. My family watched me retreat and become so sick I could barely stand! One day when I couldn’t take it any more I was so angry at God for not helping me! I just gave it all over to Him. I was done trying to fix me. I spent my time laying across an exercise ball. Exercise was the only thing that helped. In that moment He said open your book,(Chris Kresser’s Paleo Code) there in the page was one sentence about nightshade veg causing back and hip pain, in some cases severe. Of course I doubted it immediately-they are healthy right? Tomato potato peppers eggplant and tobacco make up the list!! Still I listened and took them out! In three days I was significantly better and slept for the first time in years! In 10 days cured! Switched to spinach and kale so I had a vegetable…lol shoulder and knee pain developed. Soon I gave most of it up if not all and eat mainly carnivore. Don’t believe nutrition experts doctors or American Medical Associations. Believe God heals. Just get out of His way!
