No I believe this was the start of the Trump had dementia narrative. Not that they actually thought that rather it was the next weapon against him

I don't personally feel like a private email has anything to do with a public psyop or narrative.

I could see Trump acting like a moron around those who needed to think he wasn't going to take them down.
