This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.

My heart hurts for you and also I understand. More than you can imagine. I can’t really offer you comfort because well I think you have discovered there is a point where only God alone can give true comfort. However I can share this with you and I hope it helps you as it did me. God WILL. He chooses those who were designed for that specific purpose of the assignment but yes there are those who say no. That is the gift/ curse of free will . That doesn’t stop his directive just changes the course it will take or the path it arrives on. How do I know this? Not stories I am ready to share nor do I expect you to trust me someone you don’t know not really but what I ask is ruminate on it and then present it to the Lord. Then wait for him to speak to your heart listen for the peace his true answers seem to give. I think everyone is different but for me I am learning it’s him by the peace. Praying for you Fren- BTW your doing amazing no drugs found God and sharing when needed. The Enemy is likely pretty upset he couldn’t break you or bend you into the shape that want God’s design. That is a beautiful gift you can offer another should you ever meet another survivor. It’s a living example of hope beyond hell. God Bless you Fren. I know it is so hard. Especially the part where you don’t dare hope maybe just maybe someone will stop this even if it wasn’t stopped for you. Someone WILL not sure who or when but I know our Lord will somehow some when. That is truly enough for me on the darkest darkest nights and hours. Ultimately I hope sooner rather than later and now would be best but it will cam get me through until daylight. No one and nothing can stop that.
