There is a person named Marius Fortelni who is in real estate development and is from Austria.

A native of Vienna, Austria, Marius Fortelni attended the American International School and spent his childhood immersed in cosmopolitan Europe. As the child of a well known actor in Germany and a successful real estate executive, Marius Fortelni was exposed to a range of business strategies, culture, and art that he drew upon when he left Vienna to start his own cement and construction company in West Africa as a young man.

His signature project is in West Palm Beach. Coincidence, possibly, because he has other projects in SE Florida, which is a hotspot for development, and where he is concentrating his business now.

Googling the name Marius Fortelni brings up a number of articles about the real estate developer as well as more recent posts about the Epstein Fake Passport bearing the same name.

If Epstein decided to use the name with the addition of the middle name Robert, unbeknownst to the real estate developer, this is going to suck for him for a while.
