May I make a suggestion fren? Next Wednesday is Ash Wednesday - sign up for Hallow's Pray40. I did it last year when I was going through a rough patch, and one of the themes revolved around the book The Bells of Nagasaki. Faith in a situation of horror. It really helped to ground me in the AM before I started the day. (Plus, I like to take the time in Lent to try and establish positive habits!)
