I think there is a high chance this will happen. Already looking like it will be tough to have a majority. All Democrats are virtually guaranteed to oppose it, excluding Fetterman who could honestly go either way. Regardless, there is not enough support to invoke cloture.

Quite frankly I think the future of our nation hangs in the balance with this bill.
