Scandinavian countries have always been among the most liberal so I am not the least bit surprised. I don't think they are reflective of Europe as a whole -- some countries are far less loopy than them so I wouldn't consider the whole continent lost yet. The majority still has a small window to wake up and get moving but I think it's a small window.
