But we can't outlaw a religion under the Constitution and the 1st Amendment.

However, we can say that anyone following or encouraging others to follow Sharia Law is attempting to overthrow the Constitution, and out of the country they go.

Islam is not a religion, it is a cult. There is a big difference both in definition and legal identity, and the way law treats both. Look it up.

There's no legal definition of a cult.

However, the actions that cults take against their members and others can be acted upon as racketeering, among other crimes.
