That's why Kash says there's no evidence that Epstein was blackmailing people

Perhaps because he didn't do the blackmailing himself but just quietly fed the info back to whatever intelligence agency.

Or, as has been said before, that those tapes are being held back so that they can be used as leverage if needed.
