Ya need to meet more people and make more friends. We’re in the same boat since our friends are moving away escaping calirado. It’s not an easy thing to deal with nor move forward on. But it’s necessary for our lives to positively move forward.

Preaching to the choir. I know it. I don't work in an office though so it's hard to meet new friends. I don't goto bars like i used to, so it's even worse.

I get it for sure. Have worked from home on and off many years. Awhile back I joined a fire department. Was great on many levels. If you’re not into being a firefighter most areas have an auxiliary that supports the fire department.
Also look into volunteer opportunities, find something fun that you have a passion for…it’ll be fun, rewarding and you’ll meet like minded people. Find a shooting competition league if your into firearms. I shot IDPA when there was a league near me. The people are awesome. And it helps huge with your defensive shooting skills.
Just a few ideas off the top of my head.
