Just like every other place communism is tried. It serves the needs of those elected. They drink fine wine and Champaign, travel on private jets, have their own chefs and live like Demi-gods. The people, the useful idiots that elected them, they live on false promises and lots of hope. They also know they shouldn’t complain too loud as the walls might have ears. So they patiently wait for the worker’s paradise they’ve been promised.
