Recently at work, co-workers have started waking up. Does anybody have a simple to get up to speed, not video or video suggestions to get them up to speed? Gets tiring and a little bit annoying having to explain everything we've known for years.

I believe a lot of sociopaths are created by SRA (they're broken in), and they become the servants of predators. It's hard to undo that damage.
