I'd love to brain_dead. Thanks for asking and thank you for the OP, by the way.
Originally, "Hierophant" referred to a student or follower of the "Hermetic sciences" or teachings of Hermes Trismegistus.
In more modern times, the term has unfortunately been co-opted as having to do with tarot cards.
"Heliofant" (the maker of the 2012 short I Pet Goat II) is sort of a play on words for "Hierophant".
It loosely translates to "Sun talk".
Nothing whatsoever to do with Sun worship, btw.
Heliofant is no ordinary person.
Look what he hid inside the one and only video he ever made, I Pet Goat II: https://files.catbox.moe/t18ruz.jpeg https://files.catbox.moe/5smw0b.jpeg https://files.catbox.moe/8qe2rz.jpeg Mindblowing, to say the least.
As you've probably seen me say here many times, IPETGOATII is (obviously) a depiction of the Storm.
Coincidentally, IPETGOATII = 350 in gematria. Storm also = 350 in gematria.
To sum it up, and at the same time quote a quote attributed to Hermes Trismegistus, "the battle between the children of Darkness and the Children of Light is age-old..."
The children of Darkness and the children of Light both know very well the significance of Hermes.
The brothers of Light revere Hermes as a sort of patron saint if you will. Hence Heliofant's deliberate paying of homage to Hermes.

Wow. That's rather interesting.
When you mentioned Hierophant, I knew it from Tarot card. Seen it in fact on some of the different deck.
