What the Hell is Going on with YT's Home Page

Currently when I go to the page I'm left with a blank screen or service unavailable. However the rest of the site is working and this only started around 7pm EST.

Sometimes to get to the page I have to an enter characters test.

I have tried multiple web browsers and disconnected my VPN.

Currently it's half fixed, videos appear on the home page, however no videos appear on the right side of the page.
