Just to clarify for the curious due to poor word choice by Stormy Joe. It’s not Rubio grandson.

The Grandson being referenced is Raul Castro grandson.

Assuming that one has children in one's early twenties:

His son would be in his twenties.

His grandson maybe a todcler.

If they all reproduced in their teens (doubt)

His son would be in his thirties
