I find it sort of Ironic that the state department does this (And I am glad they are) while at the same time, stupid tech illiterate members of Congress are trying to pass bills to effectively end privacy and anonymity on the internet (Like KOSA, SCREEN, and KOSMA). Gonna be interesting to see people's stance on this.
