If Obama and Biden are proven to be illegitimate Presidents can all the migrants they let in be deported because they never had the authority to let them in in the first place?

I'm talking about the ones designated "legal" that seem to have difficulty assimilating and realizing the constitution is incompatible with Sharia law.

All illegal aliens are illegally in the country, regardless of how they got here, and can, and should be deported.
