THE DISSOLUTION OF THE PARALLEL STATE A Structural Analysis of the Epstein Files and the Global Resignations of February 2026

February 2019 named the sequence: "Leaks, bribery, collusion re media will force resignations with follow up criminal prosecution." Resignation first. Criminal prosecution second.
That sequence is now live reality.
PART TWO: THE OPERATIONAL BLUEPRINT
The network operated in plain sight through six interlocking layers.
The Convening Layer — World Economic Forum
Børge Brende exchanged 100+ messages with Epstein post-conviction. Davos was the annual coordination hub where the parallel state and legitimate governance overlapped in plain sight. Brende is now under formal WEF investigation.
The Finance and Legal Layer — Goldman Sachs and Paul Weiss
Kathy Ruemmler and Brad Karp were the shield — the people who make evidence disappear and ensure prosecutions never reach discovery. Both resigned February 2026. On February 19, 2026, Thames Valley Police arrested Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor at Sandringham on his 66th birthday on charges of misconduct in public office.
