Jon Herold of Badlands Media has an "explainer" about the EO. It doesn't grant product liability like everyone is jumping up and down saying it does. "The only legal immunity provided by this EO is immunity to companies yet to be specifically determined from being sued for failure to satisfy other contracts while complying with this order. It isn't giving anybody legal immunity for causing cancer."

I'll grant you ALL of that, fren. MY main problem is that the EO not only demoralizes MAHA, it antagonizes them. Unnecessarily!! WHY did this EO even need to be issued??? An why NOW??? There's obvious strategery involved b/c they include "phosphate fertilizer" in the EO. Phosphate is not a poison or an herbicide, so why is it lumped in with glyphosate?? To 'soften the blow'? It appears that Big Ag, Big Pharma, and Big Food are 'nervous. GOOD!!!! In my mind those Execs. are guilty of premeditated bodily harm and Murder. This EO gives them political cover, if not legal. And I think that is BAD POLICY....whenever/however.
