This is the actual smoking gun... 3 police reports of the black SUV with a victim fighting for his life to the point of a car door opening on the highway!
I'm confused they didn't say he was fighting for his life. They said he was hanging out and that goes along with the original statement that he was too tall to fit in the backseat so the door had to be left open. If he was actually struggling, they would've said that there was movement and struggling. They just said he was hanging out.
I haven't a medical background, but maybe by bending his knees, would cause much more blood loss, that he already had lost. And the concern about his legs, was less important, then saving what whatever life he may have had remaining. That's what was the greater risk. IMHO

Bingo! No mention of "fighting' for his life. There wasn't any " movement".
