The had Chocolate factories with secret military rooms in the back, that they used 'radar research' as a cover story for. Into these chocolate factories they brought about 1000 german scientists and army intelligence and TLA agents into. They built electronic devices, mostly signal generators that operated in the frequencies of human brain waves. These would clandestinely get integrated into the power distribution, TV and Radio broadcast, and telecommunications equipment of entire nations. The equipment would be used to embed frequencies into the other signals which would have an emotional and energetic effect on the minds and bodies of the populations that would then interact with the systems they where attached to.
The most recent reference I could find was to a satellite being launched so they now no longer need the equipment physically connected to a nations infrastructure to effect the populations, or the field agents to install, maintain, monitor, and configure the equipment, Its global now and done from space.
