And the pizzagate research into connections stuff was rebranded “conspiracy theories” from decades ago. If you look deeper into modern conspiracy theories you find it was much more widespread knowledge of these crimes in the past. Look into the writings of many catholic saints and their opinions on various members of society. Malthussians, Chaldeans etc.
