My understanding is that Physicians/ practices must maintain a certain percentage of their patients as vaccinated in order to keep the maximum reimbursement rates from Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance. Our doctor has never questioned our decision to decline any "shots" (covid, flu, any of that BS). But he did comment once that he had sufficient participation in his practice that our declining did not hurt anything.
