Today, mental illness/drugs in some states, a felony conviction, and THREATANING THE POTUS will all have them taken away, get you arrested. Short of that they should not be touched.
While everyone in the world is subject to the Constitution, only that subset who are American Citizens have the protection of it. Non-citizens don't get guns (unless the States allow it), for obvious reasons.
True. Though we are talking Michigan, it was a reasonable assumption he was a US citizen. So point taken. If he is legit a US citizen, my comment is full effect.
If he isn't, try, convict, and deport him for life.
